David Warkentin DC
Dr. David A. Warkentin is the Founder and CEO of Verve Wellness Center. A brilliant visionary and champion for quality health, he continually builds towards the completion of a world-class facility and dreams to, combine allopathic and alternative methods of medicine bridging the gap towards true, connected Global health treatment and care.
He is also affiliated with the Arizona Chiropractic Society, the American and International Chiropractic Associations, Scoliosis Specialists and has served on the board for Myasthenia Gravis. The doctor has practiced chiropractic since graduating Life University; School of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 with high honors. While completing his internship as a Chief Resident/Senior Intern during the last eighteen months of university, graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Warkentin also served as a TA in: Immunology, Neurologic Anatomy, Gross Cadaver Dissection and Exit Proficiency. Proficient in several Chiropractic techniques Dr. Warkentin also has extensive experience with headaches of every nature as he worked in a France Headache/Migraine Clinic for one year after his graduate studies. A friend and affiliate of several area hospitals, public service groups and extended medical community, it is common that Dr. Warkentin will attend patient surgeries in order to gain more first hand and detailed knowledge, learning and understanding more about the different facets of medicine. He is dedicated to the quality of service and care that he and his staff lend to every patient, pediatric to adult.
Not only is Dr. Warkentin well accomplished in his profession but he is also a true free spirit and courageous soul. A designer and successful entrepreneur the doctor is multi-lingual, a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon, a certified rescue wreck diver, a private pilot - both fixed wing and helicopter, a car enthusiast and philanthropist. In his spare time, Dr. Warkentin enjoys watching hockey, flying and riding with local Police and Fire Departments and is know to assist with four-legged friends in need from time to time. Otherwise you might find him at home spending time at home with his wife and Weimaraner, Gracie Mae.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Linda A Farris, FNP-BC
Linda Farris, FNP-BC was raised in the Bay Area areas of Northern California around Sacramento & Fresno. She enrolled at California State University, Fresno at the age of 17. With pursuit of an All- American title for Cross Country and Track overtaken by a stronger desire to devote life to health care, Mrs. Farris decided to become a Nurse.
Practitioner Farris studied and worked at California State University, Fullerton, while excelling in an externship program for a local hospital(s). She worked as a registered nurse in the Cardiac Unit and helped with Cardiac Research, for the drug Zestril, at the Veteran’s Administration all before obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1989. After graduation, Linda & her husband moved to Columbus, OH for his graduate studies. There she began work with the V.A. Outpatient Clinic in various roles/clinics i.e. Coumadin Nurse, HIV/I.D., Wound Clinic, GI/Eye/Derm Surgery. They began a family and became official Buckeyes!
In 1993, missing the West, Practitioner Farris was promoted and transferred to the Prescott, AZ VA Outpatient and Hospital. There she was the Nurse Manager of Level 1 ER, Triage, Ambulatory Care Teams, and Outpatient Surgery. She worked on developing telephone triage and self directed work teams. Another move for the family came in 1996, when they relocated to Jonesboro, AR for a Professorial position for her husband. At that time, Mrs. Farris enrolled in the 1st class of Advanced Practice Nursing, FNP program at Arkansas State University. She continued to work part-time while pursuing her degree. She obtained her Master’s of Nursing (Complimentary & Alternative Medicine: Sigma Theta Tau presentation). Since that time Practitioner Farris has held various positions and titles over the years: State Prison treating FNP, Health South Rehabilitation, Arkansas State University College Health Director, David Puryear Home to Mentally Challenged, Weight Loss Center and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, as well as NEA Clinic work in Internal Medicine, ENT & Rural Health.
Upon moving back to Gilbert, AZ, Linda has worked at 3 practices since 2009. She holds various Professional Memberships, Honors, Volunteerism & Awards: serving as President for the NE AR NP Association, member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and recipient of the Excellence in Nursing award. Personally, Linda is a lifelong runner - to include the Boston Marathon and many other races. She promotes and helps ‘Girls on the Run’ and is an active member of her local church. Above all, she delights in her family, especially her daughter (Hodgkins Cancer survivor), her grandson and her son, who played baseball for the Cubs/ Rockies. As a Primary Care Provider, Linda Farris is humbled and grateful in all of her work. She insists upon putting the Human/Patient/Customer first and making things better. Family Nurse Practitioner
Amber Robers, D.FNP
Ms. Amber Robers is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master's Degree in Nursing from Walden University. Since 2015, Amber has been a member of and accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Amber started her nursing career in the Emergency Room. Amber worked as a leader, educator, and bedside nurse for over 10 years.
Ms. Robers provides sound advise and takes care of all her patients' needs and emphasizes on preventative care through out the life span. Her dedication and patient-centered care routine are unmatched. She is a highly trained professional who puts patient care at the fore front.
Amber encourages personal responsibility in healthcare forming a team with her patients in order to formulate health care decisions during times of acute or chronic illness treatment. She strives to treat each patient to the best of her ability while ensuring that both patients and their loved ones comprehend the different possible methods of treatment.
In her free time Amber enjoys spending time with her daughter and her two labradoodles. She also loves to hike all over Arizona and has a goal to someday hike the Grand Canyon.
